I currently see Dr Bhayani for an ongoing knee problem which i am awaiting surgery for. From my very first appointment he has ensured I fully understand what the problem is and how to treat it. He discussed what was possible and what outcome I could expect. I have currently had 3 courses of injections and one radio frequency treatment. During each procedure he has told me what is happening, even taking the time to show me the problem via the ultrasound images. on my last appt. he could see i was in more pain than normal and had not been getting enough sleep, so arranged patches for my knee, then took time out of his weekend off to call me and see how i was. (how many consultants would even do that on a work day?) Before I started treatment i had trouble walking for any period of time, and getting up in the morning was very painful. I am now swimming several times a week and while the pain is still there i have gone from a 8-9 to a 2-3 which i can manage with pain killers when i need to. I would happily recommend Dr Bhayani to anyone and actually have. He is a credit to the NHS and the treatment centre.

I suffer with chronic pain within my chest wall and upper back, this is a result of past surgery. I was lucky enough to be sent to see Dr Bhayani, to be reviewed. He has taken time to listen to my problems, and is sympathetic to my personal needs. In the first instance he offered me life changing medication later followed by pain intervention injections. I have these twice a year under his great care. Dr Bhayani and his team are always kind and courteous, I am never rushed. He explains what is needed and carries out the procedure with the greatest of care and respect for me and my dignity. I have been under his care for over three years and could not envisage how my quality of life would be without his care. I have the greatest respect for Dr Bhayani and his team, they do an amazing job in an area where people are at their lowest, so long may it last. The NHS is, no matter how long the wait, an outstanding institution, made more so by the quality of Consultants like Dr Bhayani. Thank you so much.

I Feel very lucky to be treated by Mr. Bhayani. I have seen several consultants in the past in the private sector over a number of years and got no where. I have every confidence in Mr. Bhayani my pain is at long last being managed in a professional manner and finally getting under control. You never feel rushed when you are with him, he listens and makes suggestions on various things that may be of help. Whilst in the operating theatre he is considerate to the patient and offers encouragement when he senses it is needed. The staff all speak highly of him and appear to have as much respect for him as I do. His advice has been excellent and of great help. His manner is friendly and exceedingly professional. i have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone. The only way I can envisage improving .. the care given is to listen to the Hospital Staff they are the best people to make constructive suggestions. I cannot think of anything that needs improving it is already excellent, but put the golden handcuffs on this Doctor please.

I have since Dr Bhayani on numerous occasions over the last 3 years as I have something called Elhers Danlos Syndrome which is quite hard to manage pain wise & not many Doctors know about it but Doctor Bhayani has gone above & beyond to help me in finding out more about EDS & has treated my migraines with steroid injections which really helps ,injections for my dislocation shoulders ,pelvis, & trigger points but the latest one is a nerve block for my knee to delay me having to have a knee these injects are also for people how have had knee replacement surgery and are still in pain I am 6 days in & my pain has gone from a 10 to a 6 so so far so good Dr Bhayani is one of those doctors you don't want to let go of so he can never retire.
